Some of the most important lessons in a career are never taught in a classroom: what a hiring panel actually screens for, how to read your first payslip, when to file a patent before you publish, how to speak clearly when you're put on the spot.

The Unwritten Curriculum brings those lessons into one afternoon. Women in Tech Goa and BridgeAura are hosting a one-day intensive at PCCE College where women leaders who have operated at a senior level across engineering, AI, finance, and intellectual property hand that knowledge directly to students.

The day runs across five main-stage talks and hands-on workshops. From 5:30 PM the event splits into parallel tracks, so you choose your path: round-table mentorship with our speakers, or a hands-on session building AI agents from scratch.
