Tanvi Vartak is a product strategist, entrepreneur, and learning experience designer working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human behaviour, and technology adoption.

With nearly a decade of experience across India and the United States, she has built digital products, scaled educational programmes, led multidisciplinary teams, and developed go-to-market strategies across education, gaming, social impact, and emerging technology.

She founded Gammat Labs, where she developed Moai, an AI-powered platform designed to help adolescents build relational intelligence. Her work spans user research, product design, growth strategy, and school partnerships. She has also held leadership roles at build3, Department of Lore, Yuvaa, and Young Leaders for Active Citizenship, contributing to initiatives ranging from venture building and game production to youth mental health and educational equity.

A researcher by instinct, designer by training, and builder by practice, Tanvi is driven by one question: How do we design experiences that don’t just make things easier, but make people more capable?

He leads the R&D behind Bhanzu's AI tutors, AI-led live classes, and adaptive, outcome-mapped assessments, now serving thousands of students across India, the US, the UK, the Middle East, and ANZ.

That belief shapes how his team designs learning experiences, from tutors that respond to each student's pace to assessments that connect directly to measurable outcomes.

Under his leadership, Bhanzu's curriculum has earned a place in Oxford University Press textbooks, a rare mark of academic credibility for an edtech-born curriculum. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, he sits at the intersection of AI, pedagogy, and scale, and brings a practitioner's view of what works when AI meets real classrooms across very different markets.
